A fast-growing consultancy group, backed by private equity and pursuing a buy-and-build strategy, is hiring a Head of Reporting supporting its finance transformation and exit readiness. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, delivery-focused finance professional who thrives in high-growth, transaction-driven environments. Your new role Lead monthly group reporting and consolidation across multiple entities Standardise data and charts of accounts to improve reporting consistency Produce board and management packs with insightful analysis Support vendor due diligence and transaction preparation Partner with external advisors (audit, tax, legal) Mentor subsidiary finance teams and raise reporting standards Enhance reporting systems (e.g. Power BI) and controls What you'll need to succeed ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Strong experience in group reporting, consolidations, and financial controls Exposure to buy-side/sell-side transactions or exit readiness Background in professional services or PE-backed businesses desirable Hands-on, detail-focused, and pragmatic Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
