We’re searching for a UK-based Vice President of Marketing to join our Marketing team, so that we can accelerate revenue growth in both the NHS and private sector healthcare markets. The Vice President of Marketing will lead regional, sector-specific marketing initiatives to drive new business acquisition, strengthen relationships with existing accounts, and support the UK sales organization in achieving its growth goals.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
* Design, build, and deliver sector-specific marketing strategies aligned to the UK growth roadmap and near-term commercial targets
* Build an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) capability to drive engagement with key NHS accounts and high-potential private sector clients
* Lead integrated campaign planning and execution to generate demand, influence buyer decisions, and convert pipeline
* Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, go-to-market timing, and customer-facing strategies
* Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative marketing team, fostering professional development and a results-driven culture to execute strategic programmes that drive growth and strengthen RLDatix’s brand influence
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
* Extensive leadership experience in B2B SaaS, HealthTech, or other regulated sectors
* Proven experience in building a regional product marketing function from the ground up, including developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored to local market and sector needs
* Proven success in designing and executing Account-Based Marketing strategies that support complex sales and drive significant revenue growth
* In-depth knowledge of how to lead content strategy, brand influence, and buyer enablement programmes across both public and private sector audiences
* Ability to commute to Richmond up to 2–3 days a week
* Sincere interest in improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology solutions
* A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional, commercial-focused environment that bridges sales, product, and market development
