We’re partnering with a well-established company in the maritime logistics space that’s looking for a highly organised and proactive Vessel Deliveries & Collections Coordinator. This is a key role supporting complex under bond deliveries and collections, ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, compliance, and communication.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Planning and scheduling under bond deliveries to vessels, ensuring full customs compliance
* Coordinating supplier collections and managing transport to bonded warehouses or vessels
* Acting as the central liaison with 3PL partners, internal logistics, and customs teams
* Preparing and managing all required customs and bonded documentation
* Monitoring delivery timelines and solving issues as they arise
* Maintaining accurate shipping and compliance records
What We’re Looking For
* Background in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
* Knowledge of bonded warehouse procedures and customs compliance (preferred)
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and coordination abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics systems
* Adaptable and responsive in a time-sensitive environment
