My client is a well-established, close-knit firm with a strong reputation for pragmatic, commercial advice and long-standing client relationships. Known for growing organically and retaining loyal clients through trust, they are now seeking an experienced litigator to join them on a consultancy or fixed-term basis.
The role
* Broad-based litigation caseload – covering commercial disputes, contested wills and probate, and elements of employment litigation (no property litigation at present)
* Manage your own matters with full autonomy, supported by an approachable team
* Fixed-term contract or consultancy arrangement available
* Compensation dependent on experience
Who they’re looking for
* A senior litigator (mid to late career) with the confidence to take on work without the need for training or supervision
* This firm turns away work rather than compromise client trust, so they’re looking for someone with the same ethos
* Commercially minded, pragmatic, and able to handle matters independently
* A following is not essential but desired – the firm has a steady flow of work and is currently turning cases away
This is not a high-pressure, high-churn environment. It’s a chance to work in a respected boutique where clients are loyal, colleagues are supportive, and your input is valued.
