We are a delighted to be recruiting for an Investment Associate for one of our Well-established clients based on Whitehills Business Park Blackpool. this is a role suitable for an enthusiatic graduate or a person from a similar background. This role is an easy commute from Lytham, ST’Annes, Kirkham, Blackpool, Bispham, Hambleton and Cleveleys. Investment Associate Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 Investment Associate hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday - Friday Investment Associate Company benefits: * 25 Days Holiday Bank holidays (increasing with length of service) * Share incentive plans * Onsite parking * Pension contribution * Private medical insurance * Cycle to work scheme Investment Associate roles and responsibilities: * Assist the Investment Manager by drafting client communications and meeting notes * Prepare client portfolio information and performance data to support client meetings and presentations * Ensure that client valuations and tax packs are accurate and complete and issued to the client. * Support the Investment Manager with information to enable them to conduct their suitability reviews. * Support the Investment Manager to ensure client records and files are kept up to date. * Support the Investment Manager in ensuring that client queries/complaints are resolved in a timely manner. * Assist the Investment Manager in ensuring that all relevant client information is obtained for CDD and KYC purposes. * Managers, ensuring they are executed and booked correctly * Provide support to the Investment Manager to help them maintain and grow internal and external relationships to assist in business growth. * Under the direction of the Investment Manager prepare pitch documents for prospective clients and other presentations that the Investment Manager may make Investment Associate Core competencies: * Effective communicator * Excellent attention to detail * Good organisational skills * Ability to multi task work whilst prioritising workload * A team player If this role is permanent, gap personnel is operating as the employment agency.
