Learning Support Assistant - Autism - Bletchley
* Intermediate learning levels with a tailored curriculum for each student.
* Support for students with ADHD, Asperger's, OCD, Dyslexia, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
* Supportive and holistic environment with outstanding teaching and support teams, from EYFS to KS4.
* Collaboration with OTs, SEN teachers, and outside agencies based on each child's needs.
* Focus on learning needs and autism, delivering key, personal, and functional skills.
* Class sizes of 6-8 students, with a total of 55 students.
* Salary: £460-£500 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
* This role involves working in challenging, sometimes anti-social contexts, emphasizing de-escalation and communication skills.
