A growing business based in Ramsgate is looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and deliver their marketing strategy, targeting both commercial and domestic customers.
This role is ideal for someone with strong digital marketing experience across SEO, PPC, email, content and lead generation, who is confident taking ownership of campaigns and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
* Plan and manage paid media activity, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Optimise website and landing pages to support lead generation and conversion.
* Create and implement a content strategy aligned with business goals.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), making data-driven recommendations.
* Manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI from digital channels.
* Support the broader marketing mix including brand development, print, PR, and offline channels as needed.
* Oversee marketing communications across all customer touchpoints.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B and B2C environment.
* Strong hands-on experience with SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta), and digital lead generation.
* Confident using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work both strategically and tactically.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with excellent time management.
