Job Title: Account Manager Location: Thame Contract Details: Full time, Permanent Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.15am - 5pm (with a 30-minute lunch break), Friday 8.30am - 1pm Responsibilities: · Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts, building and nurturing relationships to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction · Load accurate customer order information into the computer system through works orders and purchase order placement · Maintain works order dates and enquiry files with up-to-date information · Create job packs for production, including works orders, drawings, and labels · Complete margin analysis for all customer orders · Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders according to agreed delivery dates · Accurately raise invoices · Redirect incoming calls as necessary Skills: · Background within customer service · Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Excellent time management and organisational skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Previous experience in a similar account management role is desirable Benefits: · 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays · Early finish on Fridays · Pension scheme · Free parking on-site If you are a motivated and dedicated individual looking to join a dynamic team in a growing organisation, please apply now!
