Housing Services are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager with expertise and experience in Fire, Asbestos, Damp and Mould
Leading a team of Compliance specialists, you will have responsibility for strategic and operational compliance matters across the service.
A technical expert with excellent communication skills you will collaborate with colleagues, tenants, and other members of the Building Safety Team to ensure tenants are kept safe and the Council’s housing stock meets and exceeds legislative and regulatory requirements
The role requires you to be proficient in procurement, contract and budget management and have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
