Job Description: Lead Solution Architect Location: Mainly remote working/LondonEmployment Type: Full-timeDepartment: Technology / Architecture About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Solution Architect to join our Architecture team supporting multiple client accounts. This role requires a dynamic individual with broad technical expertise across multiple domains and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in designing and governing solutions that meet complex business needs in large projects while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles. Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture design for large-scale programmes across multiple technology domains. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into robust architectural solutions. Define and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and governance processes. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design. Support pre-sales and bid activities by providing architectural input and technical leadership. Drive handover and knowledge transfer between teams to maintain continuity across projects. Skills & Experience Required: Multi-domain expertise: Strong understanding of application, data, integration, and infrastructure architectures. Cloud experience: Solid AWS knowledge Enterprise architecture principles: Familiarity with TOGAF or similar frameworks. Stakeholder management: Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels. Solution design: Experience in designing end-to-end solutions for complex programmes. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in architecture roles. Preferred / Nice to Have: AWS certifications Knowledge of containerization (Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes). Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Exposure to security and compliance considerations in cloud environments. Exposure to other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP). Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their use cases Experience in regulated environments or large transformation programmes. Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in solution design. Why Apply?
