Essential Criteria: Digitalisation experience (lead criteria) Experience of shaping or influencing digitalisation within a strategic or policy context, for example through digital transformation initiatives, use of data and analytics to inform decision-making, or defining digital or technology requirements to support organisational objectives. Experience in complex advisory environments Experience working in an advisory role on complex, multi-organisation programmes, bringing together strategic and/or technical perspectives to inform decision-making. Strategic mindset Ability to distil complex issues and technical concepts into clear, strategic recommendations that align with organisational goals and the wider operating environment. Collaboration Strong ability to work across teams and with external partners to build consensus and deliver shared outcomes. Communication skills Confident in explaining complex or technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, supporting informed decision-making at senior levels.
