What You'll Do: Lead and manage a regional clinical team to deliver high-quality patient programmes.Collaborate closely with our client to align service delivery with strategic goals.Drive performance, people development, and succession planning.Manage operational processes, compliance, and service quality standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on adding value and innovation.Contribute to the wider strategy alongside the Project Director. About You: NMC-registered with an honours degree or equivalent professional qualification.At least 2 years of experience in nurse management.A background working with the NHS and/or in pharmaceutical-sponsored patient programmes.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role with regular UK travel.
