Job Title: Plumber
Reporting to the Direct Works Manager, you will provide an efficient customer-focused service, undertaking a range of plumbing repairs and improvement works for Direct Works Services clients. You will also carry out plumbing works within the Association's stock, working on kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes and medical adaptation wet/shower rooms programmes. Experience in other handyperson tasks such as painting and tiling would be advantageous.
The post holder must be self-motivated, confident, and hold an approved trade qualification, with skills in a relevant trade discipline and awareness of current legislative and health and safety practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small repairs team to ensure delivery of quality services. A full driving licence is required for this position.
