Overview
The Clinical Lead Nurse plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality patient care within a healthcare setting. This position involves overseeing nursing staff, coordinating patient care activities, and providing clinical expertise to enhance patient outcomes. The Clinical Lead Nurse will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care.

* Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.
* Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
* Mentor and train new nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
