We’re working with a leading regional firm recruiting a Corporate PA to support the Practice Manager, Quality & Risk Manager and Performance & Growth Director. This is a varied, hands-on role covering PA support, operations, facilities, HR coordination and wider business services across the firm.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing correspondence across phone, email and post
* Diary management, meeting scheduling and setting reminders
* Preparing reports, presentations and meeting materials
* Maintaining digital and physical filing systems with confidentiality
* Researching and compiling information for managers and directors
* Updating databases and assisting with statistical information
* Supporting internal events and training coordination
* Assisting with appraisals, promotions and trainee processes
* Coordinating recruitment, interviews, work placements and onboarding
* Supporting trainee solicitor review processes
* Acting as first point of contact for facilities, security and health & safety queries
* Liaising with contractors and suppliers, including quotes, visits and invoice processing
* Tracking maintenance schedules and key compliance dates
* Managing panel memberships and renewals
* Maintaining user access on third‑party systems
* Archiving closed files and preparing documents for return or transfer
* Providing reception cover as required
* General business services and PA support across the firm
What we need from you:
* Previous experience in a PA role (essential)
* Ability to manage a varied workload and changing priorities
* Strong organisation and time management
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment
