Our team works across the UK, Middle East and Africa and North America, partnering with global enterprises to deliver transformative digital solutions. Our clients don't come to us for vague ideas, they come for serious results. We're a trusted HubSpot partner, working alongside world‑class platforms including Aircall, Surfe, Maqsam, Apollo, Supered and Databox. Due to our continued growth, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is Heyoo's first dedicated sales hire, and that's not a footnote, it's the point. You'll be walking into a business that already has a strong reputation, a growing client base and serious momentum. What we don't have yet is a dedicated person whose sole focus is turning that momentum into new revenue. That's you.

You'll own the full commercial cycle, identifying the right prospects, building genuine relationships, and closing deals that set clients up for long term success with Heyoo. You'll work closely with our consulting and marketing teams and you'll have a direct line to leadership. The opportunity to shape how Heyoo sells is real, and so is the opportunity to grow with the business as it scales.


What you'll do

* Own and drive new business development across Heyoo's core markets
* Identify, target and engage high-potential prospects across industries where Heyoo has proven impact
* Build and manage a healthy pipeline from first contact through to close, maintaining rigour and momentum at every stage
* Lead compelling discovery conversations that uncover the real commercial and operational challenges prospects are trying to solve
* Develop strategic solutions, proposals and commercial narratives that clearly articulate Heyoo's value, working with delivery leads to make sure the story is grounded in what we can genuinely deliver
* Represent Heyoo at industry events, partner networks and in the HubSpot ecosystem to build visibility and generate warm pipeline
* Work closely with the HubSpot partner team and complementary platform partners (Aircall, Apollo, Databox and others) to identify and progress co‑sell opportunities
* Feed market intelligence back into the business, including what prospects are asking for, where competitors are positioning and where the real opportunities lie
* Help build the foundations of Heyoo's sales infrastructure: playbooks, pitch materials, CRM hygiene and process


You'll have

We're looking for someone who's wired for building. You don't need a huge team around you to be effective you back yourself, you're organised and you know how to take a deal from cold to closed.

* 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in a consultancy, SaaS, or technology services environment
* A track record of selling consultative, solution-based engagements — not just products
* Familiarity with the HubSpot ecosystem and CRM/MarTech landscape; you don't need to be technical, but you need to be credible in the room
* Strong pipeline management discipline: you know your numbers, you manage your time and you don't let deals go cold
* Excellent communication and presentation skills: you can adapt your style from an operations manager, to a marketing director, to a CFO
* The confidence to operate without a playbook and the good judgement to know when to ask for help
* An entrepreneurial mindset - you see Heyoo's growth as your growth and you act accordingly
* Experience using HubSpot CRM is a strong plus, you'll be expected to practise what we preach
