Customer Service Executive
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8AM-5.30PM
Salary: £13.22 P/H

Key Responsibilities...
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing clear communication and support throughout their service journey.
Manage walk-in enquiries, customer updates, complaints, and appointment bookings in a professional manner.
Coordinate customer collections, deliveries, or service appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to support seamless operations.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems, preparing documentation such as quotations, invoices, and service notes.
Handle all paperwork in line with company policies and data protection requirements (GDPR).
Follow all company procedures and maintain awareness of relevant compliance and safety standards. The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous customer service experience (experience in a fast-paced service or operational environment is advantageous).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Confidence when dealing with customers and the ability to stay professional under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good IT skills, ideally with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
A proactive, customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
