Summary of our
roleWe’re looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Senior Designer to join our creative team on a remote basis. You will be given the opportunity to take ownership of design excellence across projects, ensuring every piece of work meets and exceeds client expectations. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and play a role in shaping the visual direction of campa
igns.
What you will be d
* oing: Collaborate with a variety of disciplines, both internally and externally, to develop design solu
* tions.Liaise with the client services team to determine project objectives, budget, background information and presentation approaches, styles and techn
* iques.Proactively suggest effective builds and edits of briefs using your understanding of the client, audience and their
* needs.Push the understanding of this by interrogating your juniors and proactively making suggestions for improv
* ement.Ability to show exceptional understanding of insights, target audiences, therapy area landscapes, brand benefits, communication objective and the idea outputs to proactively elevate the standard of
* work.Take responsibility for the work you produce through to sign off, ensuring it is completed to deadline, is of a high quality, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail and owne
