They’ve just secured a major partnership with an international sports federation — a high-profile contract that will see them play a key role in delivering some of the most-watched global events.
They’re now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Live Events team — a hands-on role where you’ll oversee LED, video, lighting, rigging, power, and audio projects, coordinating teams and suppliers to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.
🔍 What you’ll be doing
* Take operational lead on live event projects, from technical design to onsite delivery.
* Manage multi-disciplinary production teams and subcontractors across LED, AV, lighting, rigging, and power.
* Specify, cost, and implement innovative technical solutions that exceed client expectations.
* Produce all project documentation for clients, venues, and crews to ensure smooth delivery.
* Plan and manage resources, logistics, and suppliers to meet tight deadlines.
* Act as the primary operational contact for clients during project delivery.
* Support the introduction of new technical innovations and creative solutions into projects.
* Travel internationally to deliver projects on-site at major events.
