Job Summary
As a Lead Software Engineer in Corporate Technology, you will play a pivotal role in an agile team dedicated to building secure, stable, and scalable technology products. You will deliver critical solutions across multiple technical areas, supporting our business objectives. Job Responsibilities
* Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
* Develop secure, high‑quality production code and review and debug code written by others
* Identify and automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability
* Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams
* Drive outcomes‑oriented probing of architectural designs and technical credentials
* Lead communities of practice to promote new and leading‑edge technologies
* Contribute to a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Hands‑on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
* Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages – Java / Spring boot / React
* Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
* Skilled in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
* Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
* Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile)
* In‑depth knowledge of the financial services industry and IT systems
* Practical cloud native experience
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Experience with Oracle/Elasticsearch
* Familiarity with Cypress or similar front‑end testing tools
* Familiarity with modern front‑end technologies
* Exposure to cloud technologies
