Job Description
The Litigation Associate will be:
3. Managing a varied caseload including contractual disputes, professional negligence, shareholder issues, and contested probate
4. Working closely with clients to provide pragmatic and commercially sound advice
5. Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
6. Contributing to team strategy and mentoring junior team members
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be:
7. A solicitor or equivalent with ideally 4-8 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
8. Skilled in managing their own caseload
9. Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
