East Children & Family- Based at Sir Henry Mitchell House, Bradford City Centre
K & S: Children & Family Team- Based at Keighley Town Hall, Keighley
South Children & Family: Based at Sir Henry Mitchell House, Bradford
Working Model: Bradford (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: (£38,220 - £46,142 per annual)

Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
Undertake high-quality assessments and develop effective care plans
Progress cases through Pre-Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) where required
Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
Ensure all practice is child-centred, timely, and in line with statutory requirements
About You
We are looking for Social Workers who:
Have experience within Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
Are confident working within Pre-Proceedings / PLO
Demonstrate strong assessment, analysis, and decision-making skills
Are resilient and able to manage complex and demanding caseloads
Are committed to delivering relational, child-focused practiceWorking Arrangements
Hybrid working model
Minimum 3 days per week in the office
Flexible full-time or part-time (18.5 hours) options available

Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
At least 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
Social Work England Registration.
Driving license and access to own vehicle.
