About the Role:
A well-established and award-winning law firm based in Altrincham is seeking an experienced Property Finance Paralegal to join its growing commercial property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused individual to work within a high-performing legal environment, supporting on a wide variety of real estate finance matters.
You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Property, assisting in the delivery of high-quality legal services across a busy caseload. The role offers a dynamic working environment with exposure to complex transactions and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of property finance matters with minimal supervision.
* Conduct due diligence including review of property titles and legal documentation.
* Draft, review and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation, and facility agreements.
* Provide clear and practical advice to clients on acquisition finance, refinancing, and investment loans.
* Identify legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance across all matters.
* Maintain regular client communication and deliver outstanding service throughout.
* Work within set timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Keep meticulous records and manage multiple transactions effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Support the continuous improvement of internal systems and team organisation.
About You:
* Minimum of 12 months' experience in a commercial property department.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and professional telephone manner.
* Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
* Able to prioritise and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
* Proficient in handling complex documentation and legal processes.
