We're now looking for a Co-Pack Planner to take ownership of production planning and resource forecasting, ensuring efficient packing line operations and exceptional customer communication.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Manage short- and long-term co-pack production plans, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
* Plan and forecast resources across all three shifts, including day-to-day activities and four-week outlooks.
* Coordinate packing line requirements, aligning resources with volume demands and tracking performance against KPIs.
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and supporting the Customer Services & Planning Manager.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous experience in a similar role within logistics or supply chain environments, ideally with data analysis and/or admin experience.
* Proven stakeholder management experience, working with both internal teams and external customers.
* Ability to manage change processes effectively and adapt to evolving requirements.
* Strong computer literacy - Microsoft Office including Excel. Training will be provided on our Co-Pack Planning System.
