About the Role:
Link3 Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and committed Qualified Secondary School Teachers (QTS) to join our partner schools across Gramtham. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted education recruitment agency that puts people first.
We are currently recruiting for a variety of subject specialists to work in a number of secondary schools. Whether you're an experienced teacher or newly qualified, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
* Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress
* Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
* Manage behavior effectively, following school policies
* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff
* Contribute to the school’s wider community and extracurricular life
* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times

English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, Geography, Religious Education (RE), French, Spanish, German, Art, Design & Technology, ICT, Computer Science, Physical Education (PE), Drama, Music, Business Studies, PSHE, Citizenship, Media Studies, and more.
Person Specification:
Essential:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum (KS3 and KS4, KS5 desirable)
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* A positive and proactive attitude towards education
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Desirable:
* Prior teaching experience in UK secondary schools
* Flexibility to cover across different year groups or subject areas
* Additional qualifications (e.g., SEND, EAL, safeguarding training)
