Overview
The doors to the MC Training, brand new state of the art facility are due to open over the next couple of month and we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable GWO Training Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong ability to convey information effectively. This role involves developing and delivering training programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge of participants, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement engaging training programmes tailored to the needs of participants.
* Facilitate training sessions using various instructional techniques, including lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities.
* Assess the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and evaluations, making necessary adjustments to improve future sessions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
* Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps within the organisation.
* Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants, fostering a positive learning environment.
Requirements
* Full modules GWO instructor
* Paediatric First Aid
* NPORS
* Slinging and rigging
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective planning and execution of training sessions.
* Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies, including e-learning platforms.
Qualifications:
* At least 4 years in a similar role, teaching/training qualification
* Assessor or verifier qualification
* Proven experience as a Training Instructor or similar role, with a strong understanding of instructional design principles.

Pay: £30,750.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
