An established Legal 500 law firm in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Residential Property Litigator to join its Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential property disputes, working alongside senior lawyers and trainees.
About the Role:
A highly regarded, Legal 500 law firm based in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Residential Property Litigator to join its Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of contentious residential property matters, overseeing cases from initial instruction to resolution. They will work alongside a supportive team of senior lawyers and trainee solicitors, with opportunities for personal and professional development.
Responsibilities Include:
* Advising on landlord & tenant disputes, possession & eviction proceedings, and breach of lease issues.
* Managing boundary, adverse possession, and land ownership disputes.
* Engaging in ADR (mediation, arbitration, negotiations) and representing clients in court.
* Drafting pleadings, preparing cases for trial, and ensuring compliance with landlord-tenant regulations.
The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing practical, commercially focused advice and adopting a solutions-driven approach to dispute resolution.

The firm are seeking a confident and proactive solicitor who:
* Has over 2+ years PQE in property litigation or dispute resolution.
* Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle a wide range of residential property disputes.
* Possesses excellent drafting skills, including correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements.
* Is commercially astute, with a focus on delivering practical and cost-effective solutions.
* Has exceptional client care skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients from all backgrounds.
