Triangle Recruitment working in partnership with a renowned Logistics and Warehousing organisation we are looking for Warehouse Operators/FLT Drivers, working Monday to Friday 6:00-14:00 14:00-22:00 Rotating Shifts at their site in Oldbury About the role: This is a long-term role with the opportunity to work with our client in partnership with a high spec vehicle manufacturer where safety, quality and attention to detail will be your main focus. Key Responsibilities: Safe and Efficient Forklift Operation. Moving, loading, and unloading goods, using various forklift types, always ensuring the safety of self and others. Order Picking. Collecting goods from designated areas and preparing them for despatch in a safe and timely manner using scanners. Inventory Management. Assisting with inventory counts, stock takes and maintaining accurate records. Materials Handling. Assisting in the safe & efficient movement of materials within the warehouse using the companies WMS and various MHE. Goods in and Goods out. Assisting in the safe & efficient receipt and despatch of goods using the companies WMS and various MHE Warehouse Organisation. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment. Equipment Maintenance. Checking forklift equipment for faults and reporting any issues. Adherence to Regulations. Following health and safety regulations and forklift operating procedures. Communication Co-operation and Teamwork. Communicating with team members and adherence to instructions from Shift Managers. Co-operating with the various other departments withing the warehouse. Skills and Qualifications: Valid In date Forklift Truck Licence. Experience operating Counter Balance forklifts. Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to handle manual tasks and lifting. Onsite interviews to take place on Thursday 13th November
