Job Description
EA Coordinator
Brand new role within a leading global consultancy providing support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the EA Team process and initiatives working alongside the EA Business Partner.

* Based – Victoria Hybrid working set up Twelve-month contract to begin with and then reviewed
\t
* Immediate start
\t
* Able to grow and develop the role and responsibilities
Key duties:
\t
* Act as main point for the EA function operational activities, prioritising queries, routing decisions or sensitive matters to the EABP where necessary.
\t
* Schedule key meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and follow to completion.
\t
* Drafting communications and updates for EABP to review and sign off.
\t
* Recruitment and onboarding delivery – coordinating logistics for EA hiring when required, scheduling interviews, and tracking communications.
\t
* Coordinate onboarding logistics for new joiners, scheduling training and early check-ins.
\t
* Maintain accurate onboarding information and checklists to ensure excellent new joiner experience.
\t
* Training and Development – coordinate EA training schedules, logistics, tracking etc.
\t
* Operational mentoring or coaching initiatives.
\t
* Coordinate administration of EA appraisals and review cycles.
\t
* Collate inputs and updates to support EABP.
\t
* Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to appraisals.
\t
* Continuous improvements – identifying improvement opportunities through delivery and feedback.
\t
* Make recommendations to HRBP and once agreed implement new changes.

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage workload and juggle priorities.

* Able to deal with highly confidential information.
\t
* Excellent communication skills – clear and confident, both written and verbal.
\t
* Able to communicate at all levels across the board.
\t
* Excellent IT skills.
\t
* Real team player, able to keep calm, resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
\t
* Three plus years’ experience within operations, projects, HR operations or business support role.
\t
* Previous experience of working in a professional services organisation.
\t
* Bright, enthusiastic and positive.
