If so, the newly created Application Support Analyst role here at Harding could be an ideal challenge About the role: Working as part of the wider Support and Delivery teams at Harding, you will have strong technical and soft skills. You will provide a technical bridge and second line support service to end users, dealing with problems, answering service tickets, or delivering IT elements of wider projects – all with the objective of supporting the Harding business strategy. The focus area for this role is Retail and Onboard Technology. Experience supporting retail end users, POS application setup and integration, training and UAT testing is essential. You will build up, and document, a wealth of knowledge about how to support our retail colleagues on board – which can, over time, be shared with support teams to improve first line resolution. This will also mean needing to visit ships as well as sailing. Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis – 3 days per week.
