Youll be the voice behind every touchpoint of our customer journey, from website pages to order confirmations, creating content thats informative, compelling, and reassuringly human.

Develop engaging content for information pages, FAQs, and blog articles
Continuously refine checkout messaging and customer account content
Manage automated messaging across our CRM and eCommerce platforms
Collaborate with our email marketing agency on campaigns and automated flows across 4 websites
SEO & Analytics
Work directly with our external SEO agency on content strategy
Contribute to outreach, link building, and product guide development
Use customer insights and analytics to inform content improvements
Customer Experience

Enhance our AI-powered live chat responses using customer FAQs
Build relationships with supplier marketing teams for product insights
Keep our internal SharePoint fresh and informative for the team
Proven experience writing for eCommerce websites
Solid understanding of how eCommerce platforms work
Current knowledge of SEO best practices for online retail
Experience with email marketing platforms and their eCommerce integrations
Hands-on experience with eCommerce CMS platforms
Smart approach to using AI as a tool (not a replacement) for content creation
