We are now searching for a Senior Project Manager to drive our high-impact strategic initiatives across products, markets, and functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic generalist with excellent project leadership skills, stakeholder management competence, and a strong bias for execution.
Role Purpose
You will own and deliver core strategic projects across teams, commercial models, product initiatives, and cross-functional business operations. You will drive feasibility analyses, rollout plans, and end-to-end execution with measurable business outcomes. You are responsible for project governance, timeline adherence, financial control, and transparent reporting to all stakeholders including, but not limited to the c-level This role does not include direct line management, but it requires the ability to lead without authority, foster alignment, and steer cross-functional teams with clarity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Projects
o Lead high-value, high-complexity projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
o Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify and prioritize strategic trade-offs and value drivers
o Develop and manage processes, governance structures, and KPIs for new market and regional launches.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to design and maintain strong project governance.
o Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints (Planning, Performance Review, Cost Centre Allocation) to ensure alignment.
3. Operational Excellence
o Lead retrospectives and postmortems to drive continuous improvement.
o Maintain transparent reporting for C-level stakeholders, including dashboards and business reviews.
o Coordinate external agencies and partners during launch operations.
4. Governance & Financial Control
o Manage project cost structures, cost centre allocations, and financial adherence.
o Track KPIs and business outcomes against forecasted targets.
5. People & Leadership (without direct reports)
o Drive ownership, documentation excellence, and accountability within project environments.
o Influence stakeholders at all levels through structured communication and strategic clarity.
Qualifications
Experience
* 4–6 years of experience in project management roles (strategic, cross-functional, or commercial environments)
Skills & Competencies
* Strong strategic and analytical thinking; including project management and delivery frameworks (waterfall or and agile, such as Scrum)
* High stakeholder management competence across technical and business functions
* Excellent process, governance, and execution orientation
* knowledge of decision making frameworks and methods such as balance scorecard
* Strong written and verbal communication skills (decision memos, frameworks, reporting)
* High ownership and "Get-It-Done" mindset

* GSuite / Google Workspace (must have)
* Asana, Notion, Slack or similar (nice to have)
Languages
