Panoramic Associates is partnered with a West Midlands- based secondary school who are seeking an experienced Deputy Headteacher to join their Senior Leadership team on an interim basis.

This is to start either immediately or after the Easter break, and will be a contract for the Summer term.
This is a non-teaching, operational role with a strong pastoral focus across the school, supporting day-to-day leadership, behaviour systems, and staff performance management.
The successful candidate will have experience at Assistant Head, Deputy or Headteacher level in a secondary setting, and Behaviour leadership experience is preferable.
This is a 5-day per week role, though the school would consider 4 days. xxuwjjq
