* Partner with councils and housing associations to understand their needs and deliver trusted recruitment support.
* Learn to manage the full process - from winning clients and booking interviews to placement and aftercare.
* Work closely with experienced consultants and directors who will coach you every step of the way.
* Grow your market knowledge and own your desk as your confidence develops.
