I’m looking for a Project Manager for a scheme in the City of London.
You’ll need experience of demolition, cut and carve (structural alterations) and further down the line, RC structures and groundworks.
My client is undertaking this project that includes the demolition of the top two floors of an existing building.
You’ll need relevant experience, CCDO and the ability to deliver a technically challenging package. You could have either a degree background or have learned on the job- they key is the successful delivery of similar projects.
There’s room for negotiation on the rate and there will be at least 8 month’s work on the initial package with the opportunity of further work to follow. The successful applicant will be able to start as soon as Monday the 23rd if available.
