We have a fantastic opportunity to join our community nursing teams based at Brookvale Team North Locality.
Responsibilities
* The Nurse Associate will deliver high quality, holistic, compassionate and fundamental patient and client care as part of the nursing team under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
* Collaborate with the wider multi-professional team to shape care for our patients.
* Provide holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages in a variety of settings.
* Work independently under the leadership of registered nurses, within the sphere of nursing.
* Drive and decision-making in a fast-paced community setting, bridging Health Care Assistants and Registered Nurses.
* You will be working independently in people’s own homes and clinic settings delivering care planned and evaluated by our Registered Nurses.
Requirements
* Completed Nurse Associate qualification and be on the NMC register or due to qualify in the next 2 months.
* Be able to drive; full driving licence and car available for work.
* Ability to think independently, make decisions and adapt in a fast-paced service with significant demand.
Service Hours
The service currently operates between 8am to 6pm over 7 days a week.
