The Successful Senior Maintenance Engineer Will Have:
* Time-served Engineer with Mechanical or Electrical Level 3 Qualification
* Proven experience in FMCG or fast-moving manufacturing
* Confident in leading a shift team, supporting less experienced engineers
* Strong focus on safety, first-time fixes, and team culture
* Commutable to Lincolnshire
The Senior Maintenance Engineer Role:
* Leading and motivating the shift engineering team
* Rapid response to breakdowns and unplanned downtime
* Driving a first-fix culture and a continuous improvement mindset
* Overseeing planned maintenance and optimising asset performance
* Using CMMS for accurate real-time updates and handovers
