We’re looking for a driven, ambitious and proactive Property Manager to join our team, managing and developing a portfolio of holiday homes across North Cornwall, from Perranporth to Bude. This is not just an office-based role – it’s all about building relationships, winning new business, and supporting owners to maximise the potential of their properties. You’ll be out and about in the field, visiting properties, meeting owners, and identifying new opportunities, while also working from our Perranporth and Bude offices as needed. Key responsibilities: -Driving the acquisition of new properties to our portfolio, building strong relationships with property owners and showcasing the benefits of onboarding with Aspects Holidays. -Supporting and advising existing owners to help them achieve the best possible success with their property. -Carrying out property appraisals, preparing rental projections, and guiding owners through the onboarding process. -Undertaking regular inspections to ensure properties are presented and maintained to a high standard. -Working closely with our in-house teams and trusted trades to deliver excellent service for both owners and guests. -Representing Aspects Holidays locally by building connections with communities, businesses, and individuals to strengthen our brand presence. -Providing occasional guest support in your region, including participation in a weekend duty rota. -This is a full-time position (37.5 hours over 5 days) and includes most Saturdays. -We are offering a starting salary of £30,000 (plus profit share) and a comprehensive benefits package.
