What you will do

As our Business Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the key contact for top clients, ensuring every interaction is smooth and professional. You’ll connect the dots between clients and internal teams, keeping projects on track and expectations aligned. From meetings and updates to budgets and payments, you’ll stay on top of every detail—building strong relationships and making sure clients feel supported every step of the way.

How you will do it

7. Provide regular, clear updates on project progress, key milestones, and next steps
8. Organise and document client meetings with actionable follow-ups
9. Turn client requests into clear tasks for the internal team
10. Keep track of project budgets, costs, and invoicing
11. Support the creation of quotes, proposals, and financial summaries
12. Reconcile financial data for client and internal reporting
13. Balance customer needs with business goals and delivery timelines

Required

14. Proven experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Coordinator, Project Coordinator)
15. Strong background in project coordination or administration
16. High financial literacy and comfort working with numbers
17. Skilled in using Sage and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
18. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
19. Top-notch attention to detail and time management
20. Commercial awareness to balance customer needs with business goals
21. Ability to explain complex details clearly and professionally

Preferred

22. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
23. Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project
24. Solid understanding of project lifecycles from start to finish
25. Background in billing and budget tracking

***Completion of the SC (Security Check) vetting is a requirement of this position***
