Domiciliary Hearing Aid Dispenser – Truro and Surrounding Areas A leading provider of community-based hearing care is seeking a Domiciliary Audiologist to cover Truro and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver patient-centred care in a flexible, weekday-only role with no weekend commitments. The successful candidate will provide audiological services to patients in their own homes, supporting those who may be unable to attend clinic-based appointments. The Role • Manage a daily schedule of adult patients with hearing loss • Conduct pure tone audiometry, including masking where required • Assess and manage noise-induced and non-organic hearing loss • Take aural impressions and fit appropriate hearing instruments • Deliver structured aftercare to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Use Real Ear Measurements to validate fittings • Provide ear care and wax removal (training provided) • Maintain and calibrate clinical equipment • Work autonomously with full support from central clinical and logistical teams About You • HCPC registered or working towards registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Organised, adaptable, and confident working independently • Comfortable driving to multiple locations • Committed to ongoing professional development and high clinical standards What’s on Offer • Salary up to £50,000 plus monthly commission • Company car • Private medical insurance • Life assurance (x4) • Contributory pension scheme • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays • Access to health and wellbeing initiatives • Colleague assistance programme • Discounted eyewear and hearing products This is a fantastic opportunity for an Audiologist looking for autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
