Health Regulatory /Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor sought by commercial law firm in Manchester. Paying extremely well.

THE ROLE:The team do a range of work for clients from SME to household name companiesThe work is varied: providing a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory) and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests or defending clinical negligence claims.They have well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on Court of Proection work
THE CANDIDATE:Ideally they are looking for someone with at least 4PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work, however they welcome applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors who are interested in moving into and focussing within this exciting area.
