About Hybrid Mind

Hybrid Mind Consulting is a specialist Data & AI engineering consultancy focused on delivering real-world outcomes, not slideware.

We work with large enterprises in regulated industries including life sciences and banking to take AI from concept to production. Our approach combines deep engineering capability with a structured delivery model focused on ROI.

The Role

This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role.

You will be responsible for developing and closing enterprise opportunities across Data & AI programmes, working directly with senior stakeholders such as Heads of Data, CTOs and Digital Leads.

Sales cycles are complex and require:

* Understanding technical concepts such as AI, data platforms and automation
* Navigating large organisations
* Building trust with senior stakeholders
* Structuring outcome-based engagements

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise clients
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
* Build relationships with senior stakeholders across technology and business teams
* Position Hybrid Mind’s offerings clearly across AI readiness, prototyping and scale-up
* Work closely with technical leadership to shape solutions and proposals
* Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting
* Support account growth within existing clients, including partner ecosystems
* Contribute to go-to-market strategy and messaging

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

* Proven experience in B2B sales within consulting, technology or data and AI
* Comfortable selling into enterprise environments
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to run structured sales processes including discovery, qualification and closing
* Self-sufficient and proactive, able to build pipeline without heavy support

Nice to Have

* Experience selling Data, AI or Digital Transformation services
* Existing network within UK enterprise organisations
* Experience working with partners or large consultancies such as Cognizant or Accenture
* Understanding of outcome-based or project-based selling
