Senior Administrator
We're seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to take the lead in supporting a newly established project. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping processes, improving systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for a dynamic team of approximately 30 people.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee course administration - bookings, venues, resources, and logistics
Develop and implement effective admin workflows and systems
Ensure project timelines and operations run efficiently
Maintain accurate project documentation
Collaborate with the Admin Lead, Head of Administration, and Finance Team
Support financial processes including course payments and records
Provide additional admin support to Workforce Development (HR) and other projects as need
About You:
Strong background in administration with experience leading on workstreams
Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in taking ownership
Excellent IT skills - confident using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), MS Office, and navigating new platforms
Experience with training booking systems (desirable)
Previous experience in a start-up or project environment is advantageous
Leadership mindset - while no direct line management, the role requires initiative and accountability
