About the Role As a Classroom Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support to students. Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities. Promote positive behaviour and a safe, respectful classroom culture. Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement effective support strategies. Requirements Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting. A calm, patient, and empathetic nature. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with classroom management techniques. To work with GSL Education as a Classroom Support Assistant, you should: Have the right to work in the UK. Provide an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years. Have a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
