We’re looking for a confident, ambitious, and driven individual to mentor and inspire our growing Sales Development team!
As Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance, by coaching and mentoring a team of Sales Development Executives to book high-quality meetings for our Sales team. You’ll lead by example, building relationships with potential customers and identifying commercial opportunities, while supporting your team to do the same.
You’ll keep the team motivated, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensure everyone has the tools and techniques they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
* Leading by example by confidently engaging with prospective customers and consistently booking high-quality meetings for the Sales team
* Mentoring and coaching our Sales Development Executives, equipping them with proven techniques and strategies to excel in their roles
* Driving performance by identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities, supporting the team to achieve and exceed their KPIs
* Motivating the team to maintain a high-energy, results-driven environment focused on continuous improvement
* Supporting the team in building strong, consultative B2B relationships that convert into valuable opportunities
* Championing best practices across a variety of lead generation and sales initiatives and developing deep expertise across target vertical markets
Qualifications
* Proven success in a sales role, ideally within outbound lead generation, with a strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
* Energetic and collaborative mindset, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Resilient and adaptable, with the tenacity to help others overcome challenges
* Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and develop others
* Competitive and results-driven, with a clear focus on performance and continuous improvement
* Self-motivated and proactive, always seeking opportunities and taking initiative
* Confident in outbound prospecting, with the ability to lead from the front and set the standard for the team
* Committed to ethical, consultative B2B sales, building trust and long-term relationships
