Job Description
A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an additional Building Surveyor within their busy Cardiff office.
Role Features:
* Office based in the City Centre
* Fantastic APC training and support
* Part of a Building Surveying/Project Management team of 35 people (across Cardiff and Bristol offices)
* Dealing with a full range of instructions on a variety of commercial properties (very little public sector work)

* Market leading APC training including quarterly meetings with other graduate and assistant surveyors across the business. Many pass the APC interview on the first attempt.
* Working within one of the largest Building Surveying and Project Management teams in the region, ensuring full support from a great network of people. The team is well respected in the industry.
* Working with top clients in the market (mainly pension funds) who continue to invest in property, ensuring a busy pipeline of work for the rest of 2024 and beyond.
* Diverse projects, avoiding pigeonholing, and managing high-level commercial projects with a positive local impact.
* Regular social and networking events, including monthly payday drinks, quarterly meals, annual company events, Christmas parties, and charity days.
Employee Benefits:
* Discretionary bonus
* 25 days annual leave plus birthday off if it falls on a weekday
* Private medical insurance
* Life insurance
* Company laptop and mobile phone
* APC/RICS membership fees
* Salary sacrifice benefits scheme and more

* At least 12 months of building surveying experience working for a consultancy or client-side
* Motivated to progress their career and become MRICS
