You’ll be based in our beautiful Oaktree Court Care Home, where you can really ensure that the residents are at the core of everything you do, making each day full of smiles and happiness.
We’re looking for an engaging Community and Resident Experience Manager to join us on our journey to create an exceptional living environment for Oaktree Court residents to enjoy, whilst building positive links with the community and maintaining our occupancy.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, their families, team members, health professionals and the wider community.
This role involves organising and promoting events, managing communication channels, and acting as a liaison to enhance the overall experience of living at Oaktree Court.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and a strong ability to coordinate and lead community initiatives.
You will:
· Play a key role in showcasing the home to it’s full potential.
· Represent Oaktree Court at community events, networking functions, and other external activities.
· Develop partnerships that benefit our residents and enhance Oaktree Court’s presence in the community.
· Generate enquiries by ensuring that the home is well known in the local area by visiting local groups, communities and schools.
· Build relationships with our stakeholders and engage with the local community, organise and attend community events to promote Oaktree Court and record feedback.
· Knowledgeable in events, you will research, plan and deliver a 6 monthly innovative and engaging in-house and community events calendar.
· Experienced in social media, you’ll showcase the lifestyle and advertise events through Oaktree Court’s Facebook with regular and engaging updates.
· You’ll easily develop strong & rewarding relationships with everyone at Oaktree Court, families, health professionals & your local community.
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and you’ll be talented in working with strict budgets and timescales.
· Collaborate with the activities team and other team members to create a diverse and engaging event calendar.
· Collect and analyse feedback from residents and their families to identify areas for improvement.
· Report on community engagement activities and outcomes to senior management.
