What you’ll do
* Build accurate quotes and itineraries at speed
* Finalise every element of a client’s trip — flights, bookings, upgrades, special touches
* Keep diaries moving and follow up on leads with Travel Experts
* Maintain the client portal and internal systems from deposit to departure
* Liaise with suppliers and ground teams to confirm arrangements and resolve issues
* Issue tickets, process payments, and complete quality checks
* Coordinate post‑travel feedback and support continuous service improvements
* Help with events, stock, and occasional out‑of‑hours support
