We are looking for a Sales Progressor to join our team in our busy Southsea office.
This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the complexities of residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a substantial pipeline of property sales from offer to completion
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors
* Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth progression
* Keeping all parties regularly updated and maintaining clear communication throughout
* Supporting our clients through what can be a stressful and complex process
* Working closely with our sales team to hit exchange and completion targets
About You:
* Previous estate agency experience is essential.
* Strong understanding of the sales process and common challenges in residential property transactions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
* Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
* Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
* A team player with a professional and personable approach
