Location – Shotton
Salary – Upto £43,000 per annum, plus on call allowance.
Working hours - 37.5 hrs per week on a rota between 6am and 6pm plus on call every 4th week

As a Site Services Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients Deeside office, depot and associated facilities are maintained in a safe operating manner, that the buildings are maintained to the highest possible standards.
Objectives:
To ensure that the office, depot and associated facilities are maintained to the highest possible standards at all times
Work within the department on both planned and reactive maintenance.
Maintenance repair and installation work, including electrical equipment (eg. plug sockets, automated opening doors, etc
Installation of new equipment.
Continual assessment of site, to ensure most effective performance, in both energy and operation
Finance and Contract Management:
To ensure all repairs and maintenance are carried out within budget and any foreseen expenditure is highlighted
Calling to book trades for jobs outside of your remit (eg Fire Alarm maintenance/servicing).
Technical and Interpersonal Skills Needed For This Role:
The job demands knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
The ability to make decisions on behalf of the company on all preventative and remedial maintenance
Initiative, clarity of thought and the ability to resolve problems quickly and accurately.
An ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills – able to adapt to any audience level.

Aptitude to progressive training
Qualifications and Experience:
5 years practical experience in Industry.
Qualification: O.N.C. or C & G Certificate in electrical Engineering/maintenance.
Proven ability in fault finding.
Full clean driving licence.
